I'm editing a video that is going on a commercial website and want to use Georgia on my Mind in the video. Who owns the copyright for that? Who do I need to contact about getting permission?

the copyright may be expired by now. check it out on line.
most copyrights are for 20 - 25 years. then if not reinstated, it is open game. that is why some things are not remade, and others are.
ie..... father of the bride. the copyright was like 20 years on it, so at the end of the 20 years, it was remade
