Type a c within parentheses and it may automatically convert it to the copyright symbol. Otherwise, set your cursor in the space where you wish to add the symbol, go up to the top menu, select Insert, Symbol and then select the copyright symbol from the chart of symbols displayed. Click the Insert button.

Answer 8

insert > symbol copyright = (c) trademark = (tm) registered = (r)

Answer 9

You can use the Symbol dialog box to enter symbols, such as ¼, and ©, or special characters, such as an em dash (—) or ellipsis (…), that are not on your keyboard, as well as Unicode (Unicode: A character encoding standard developed by the Unicode Consortium. By using more than one byte to represent each character, Unicode enables almost all of the written languages in the world to be represented by using a single character set.) characters. If you are using an expanded font, such as Arial or Times New Roman, the Subset list appears. Use this list to choose from an extended list of language characters, including Greek and Russian (Cyrillic), if available. Insert a symbol Click where you want to insert the symbol. On the Insert menu, click Symbol, and then click the Symbols tab. In the Font box, click the font that you want. Double-click the symbol that you want to insert. Click Close.

Answer 10

At the top menu bar click on insert, mouse down to symbol. Look for the © symbol in the table (you may have to scroll down), and then click on insert at the bottom. In the same screen, you can also assign a shortcut key to it (I use <ctrl><alt>c) and then you can insert it anytime by pressing that sequence. It may already be assigned to that shortcut.
