All Answers To Questions

Answer 1

Copyright belongs to the producer [you] provided it is unique and all the authors work. Dont you mean apply copyright protection like encryption which is different altogether?

Answer 2

Congratulations, your software is already copyrighted. Copyright is implicit- as soon as you make a work, you own the copyright. The downside to copyright is that it's a civil, not a criminal matter- you have to sue people who violate the copyright. The police won't get involved. Because of this, make sure you have extensive documentation proving that you're the one who wrote the program and that you have it done now- that way no one else can later on claim that they wrote it and you stole it.

Answer 3

Software is protected by copyright as soon as you create it; you don't have to do anything to create that protection. Here's a source of information on copyright: http://www.ipo.gov.uk/types/copy.htm
