All Answers To Questions

Answer 1

you need to contact the Original writer of this song if possible. or the label Company under which the song is copy rited from . example. rca/bmi etc... look under google copy rite permissions. this may help. but DO NOT try to sell this with out permission. you can get in big trouble.

Answer 2

To distribute (upload) a copy made by someone else you would need the producer's permission or a license from ASCAP/BMI/SESAC for the type of use you contemplate. Under USA law, to make you OWN rendition of a song for recording and distributing to the public, there is a provision for sending notice to the Copyright Office and paying a small fee for the "compulsory license". 17 USC s.115 (Found online in Copyright Circular 92). The registered copyright owner will, in theory, obtain some token royalty for the use of their works through this mechanism.
