All Answers To QuestionsAnswer 1
It would entirly depend on the images, most arn't or people don't care, but some might be copyrighted in which case you can't use them without permission, mainly logos or stuff from big companies or news websites. Answer 2
You should always ask for permission from the copyright holder.
If their isn't a copyright, they may still say no because it will use bandwidth from their hosting account when a user views your web page.
If there is an alternative out there, like "Free icons or clip art" you may do that without permission. Answer 3
Hi. There are copyright laws that restrict using photos that belong to other people in creative design projects. You can go to royalty free image websites to get copyright free images. However, you may have to pay for them. You can also buy images from sites like iStockphoto.com. I don't know of any credible sites that will allow you to get royalty free images for free.
I hope this helps. Answer 4
Yes there is a copyright law but you can buy them from about 25p check about there is loads out their. Answer 5
If you find a picture you want to use, contact the site owner and ask if you can use the picture. If they agree, right-click the picture and "save as" to your own hard drive. That way, you aren't using their bandwidth. Never link to a picture. That is using someone's bandwidth and it drives me crazy. << GO BACK to questions
