Answer 1

Just put the little copyright logo at the bottom of the page. That pretty much covers you.

Answer 2

If you are looking for something more evasive yet proactive to prevent copying of your code, you can use a copy protection software (only $25 i believe) to encrypt your html code. The drawback is that the user must have javascript enabled to be able to view the pages (most people will have not problem with this). The name of the application to encrypt your pages is "Pagelock website copy protection 5.0." I have never tried this application and i do not know how it works with dynamic pages. There is a trial option though so you can see if it meets your needs before you purchase it. Good Luck. Hope this helps you! You can browse to download.com can download a trial version there: http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html?tg=dl-20&qt=pagelock&tag=srch
