Well actually copyright of the song belongs to 'Gajendra Verma' and he is My Uncle's Friend.He lives here in Mumbai.
Truth is that Rohan Rathore does not exists.
Gajendra had given his friend for trial and one of his enemy leaked his song with this wrong fame.
I recently met Gajendra and he told he is been working on a new album.
