Boogeywoogey's answer is incorrect. Advertisements (e.g., TV commercials, print ads, radio ads, etc.) certainly can be protected by copyright. Also, "ideas" are not copyrighted. So it's irrelevant to say that "they don't constitute an 'idea' which can be marketed in any way." A job posting may be protected by copyright IF it contains copyrightable (i.e., original) content and IF the copyright hasn't been disclaimed.
