All Answers To Questions

Answer 1

To copy right your website is free, all you must do is add the (c) to your site to claim copyright upon it . Sorry about the other answer that was my bro :P

Answer 2

Copyright is automatic and it is free. Just claim a copyright by putting the little (c) with your name and the date. But if you claim copyright on something that you did not really create, be ready for fireworks. Perhaps you are confusing copyright with copyright registration, which is not necessary and will probably require a lawyer.

Answer 3

Just provide a copyright notice on your website. You don't even need the notice...it's automatically copyrighted when you create it. The notice just lets others know that you're willing to chase them down if they violate your copyright. - Stuart

Answer 4

Written and other material is copyright on creation. The Copyright symbol is enough, yes.

Answer 5

Your Web site is copyrighted as soon as you create it; you don't have to do anything. You can put a copyright notice on your site if you want, but even if you don't, it's still protected by copyright. Registration of copyrights isn't mandatory, and even if you don't register your copyright, it still protects your work. However, registering your copyright makes it easier to sue someone if they use or copy your site without your permission. It increases the amount of money you can receive in damages and makes lawyers more willing to handle the lawsuit for you (because it makes it easier for them to get paid).
