I'm a new apparel designer and was told I can get free copyright forms from the Internet, does anyone have an idea which web-site that is?

When filing a copyright for a comic book, do you have to do both a literary or visual arts or both ?

This old book of business forms of the 1880's is almost 500 pages long, and contains examples of several hundred busines forms. Not in the best of shape, but nonetheless intact. What might it be worth?

If we use form SR and copyright 8 songs under one title, is it possible to add more songs later? The 8 would just be for myspace and then the rest for a complete album. Also we use a short sample from the "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" movie at the end of one of the songs. How would we go about finding permission to use it? I hope someone knows the answers to these questions.

I did a Web search and all I can find is directions on filling out a copyright form. That won't do me any good unless I can find the copyright form. I have gotten as far as: http://www.cop0yright.gov/forms/formco2d.pdf I only get a blank screen. Besides, my computer gets locked up and I have to reboot. Does that mean I don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader?

what type of personal information is included on a copyright form? i asked a man to send me his copyright registration number so that i could look it up at copyright.gov, but he said he wouldn't send me the registration number because it would give out too much personal info like his SSN. is that true, or is he making it up? 'copyright registration number'. on copyright.gov, you can search for different copyrighted materials by name, author, or registration number. btw, the material im asking about is a short story. thnx im asking this because i truely beleive this man is a fraud. he claims to be a surgeon and an accomplished writer. i would love to find him out.

I need to be able to get a form, so that I can make sure that it is okay to copy Activisions and Bungies ideas, art, designs, characters, soundtracks, music, voices, and other things. How do I get permission...is it okay to call and ask for permission, or do I need a copyright form...how do I get one???
