Is this considered copyright infringement?
Fri, 20 Jun 2008 22:42:40 -0500

I am wanting to apply for a scholarship and I am supposed to make a video. The only problem is that I do not have a video camera so I was wanting to piece together images found on google and use a song that I purchased on my computer. Is this considered copyright infringement if I cite that I found the images on google? And am I still able to use the song? The entry may end up on youtube, and I wanted to check.Better to be safe than sorry by checking first. Here is a cut out from the contest rules."The video may not contain any work (in whole or in part) which is the subject of a copyright or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party."I'm worried that it is copyright infringement, and I just wanted to check before it is submitted. Please don't be mean :)I greatly appreciate all answers. Thank you!
